By accessing, registering on, or using the zh22 platform (accessible at zh22.org and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains, collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you ("Player" or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as zh22's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zh22 ("zh22", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an active account on zh22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register player accounts on zh22.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using zh22 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of zh22 or any of its technology, payment processing, or game content partners.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed zh22 account, or have been self-excluded from zh22's platform.

zh22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on zh22. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify zh22 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

zh22 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. If zh22 suspects that a third party has accessed your account, we may temporarily suspend the account pending your re-verification of identity.

Account closure requests may be submitted to zh22's support team. zh22 will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any pending bets, bonus wagering requirements, or outstanding verification obligations.

All transactions on zh22 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zh22 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your selected payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your zh22 account in real time or within a few minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times.
• zh22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• zh22 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Processing times are typically 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and up to 1 banking day for bank transfers.
• zh22 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Players must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals above applicable thresholds are approved.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Only real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• zh22 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending dispute resolution.

zh22 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, PSL match specials, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously abused promotional offers, operated multiple accounts, or are suspected of bonus abuse may be excluded from promotions at zh22's sole discretion.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed before the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

• Abuse: zh22 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional terms, use of automated wagering software, or collusion between players for bonus extraction purposes.

zh22 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on zh22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. General betting and gaming rules include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. zh22 does not accept bet cancellations or modifications after confirmation, except where explicitly provided for under specific market rules (e.g., ante-post betting voids).
• zh22 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of match-fixing, information abuse, or technical error in the published odds.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or incorrect odds publication, zh22 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. zh22's decision in such circumstances is final.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. zh22 does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified RTP figures are available in each game's information panel.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a market suspension may be voided by zh22.
• Players must not use any automated betting software, betting bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets on zh22. Use of such tools constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Cricket betting on zh22 covers PSL, Test cricket, One Day Internationals, T20 Internationals, the Asia Cup, and ICC World Cup events, subject to market availability. zh22 does not guarantee the availability of any specific betting market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zh22. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or engage in any other illegal financial activity. zh22 maintains active AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance protocols and is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Accessing zh22 via VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, soft-play, or other collusive behaviour in live dealer games.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward zh22 staff or other players.

zh22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third party (e.g., responsible gaming organisation).
• At zh22's reasonable business discretion, including compliance with regulatory obligations.

In the event of account suspension due to a suspected breach, zh22 will conduct an internal investigation. Funds held in the account will remain frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach, zh22 may forfeit some or all funds in accordance with applicable Terms and regulatory requirements. If the investigation does not confirm a breach, the account will be reinstated and full access restored.

Voluntary account closure requests submitted by the player will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements, pending bets, or verification obligations. Balances remaining after closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

zh22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are available to all zh22 account holders:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any Platform content without zh22's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any zh22 software.
• Use zh22's trademarks, brand names, or logos in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without explicit written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on zh22's content or software.

Any unauthorised use of zh22's intellectual property may result in account suspension and may be subject to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh22 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the Platform's services, whether due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, and game outcome data.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit zh22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that zh22 cannot be held responsible for gambling losses incurred during lawful use of the Platform.

zh22's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the zh22 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on zh22, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments include:

Time limit: All disputes must be raised with zh22 within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction. zh22 will not consider claims submitted after this period unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.
